Brandon Linden — President

Mr. Linden is the owner, and President of Linden Construction, and has over a decade of direct experience in the construction industry. Mr. Linden has proved to be a leading expert in construction management, due to his hands-on experience in every facet of the industry. He pulls from a background of successfully serving in roles, ranging from Field Superintendent, Project Manager, Project Estimator, and Operations Manager, to President of the fastest growing small business in South Carolina.

Throughout his career, Mr. Linden has successfully managed the construction of all building types, including residential, commercial, institutional, and historical, and is well versed in managing projects under both Construction Management and Guaranteed Maximum Price contract scenarios. Additionally, Mr. Linden’s construction portfolio highlights his vast expertise in intricate and multifaceted projects ranging from medical, to class “A” office and retail, to specialized exterior/interior renovations and upfits.

Mr. Linden is a proponent of teamwork environments and recognizes that the better the team works together, the better the end result will be. Due to this, he believes that creating partnerships with his clients, designers, consultants, architects, engineers and subcontractors helps to ensure that the clients’ best interests are served. He remains accessible to his clients and makes it a priority to put their needs first.

Greg Munzel- Vice President

Mr. Munzel is the Vice President of Linden Construction and draws from an extensive background in sales and project management to assist him in this role. He is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and financial management of the organization. Mr. Munzel holds a B.S. degree in Kinesiology from The College of William and Mary and an MBA degree from The Citadel Graduate College.

During his tenure at Linden Construction, the company has solidified itself as a marketplace leader and was recognized in 2014 as the #1 fastest growing small business in South Carolina. Mr. Munzel has facilitated the company’s success due to the fostering of a successful team of employees who share the common goal of excellence and integrity throughout all phases of the construction process.

Andy Parker-Director of Development

Mr. Parker is the Director of Development at Linden Construction and has successfully served in this position since February of 2012. Before joining the Linden Construction team, Mr. Parker worked as a Broker Associate for Cushman &Wakefield. During that time he was recognized by CoStar as a Power Broker based off transactional volume in the office sector.

Mr. Parker possesses a strong understanding of the commercial market and the importance of tenant improvement dollars as they relate to competitive construction pricing. At Linden Construction, he acts in several roles with business development and client services being at the forefront. Mr. Parker maintains an active commercial real estate license and in an effort to uphold Linden Construction’s commitment to client services, strives to fulfill client needs prior to, during, and after project completion.
